BOOKING POLICY

50% of the full service price is required as a deposit in orders to make a booking for an appointment.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation within 24hrs before the appointment time.

- If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us within 24 hours before your appointment time.

- Any rescheduling or cancellation that is made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the deposit will be kept and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

You will need put in a new deposit again once rebook.

 

Late policy

- Please notice us at least 30 mins before your appointment if you will arrive at the appointment late.

- If the technician is late, we will extend your appointment time, so you will still get full hours for your appointment.

No-show policy

- If you are unreachable by the time of the appointment for 20 mins, your appointment will be cancled and you will be charged a fee of 100% of the service price that

you were booked in for.

 

After-hours/Public holidays bookings

- Appointments on public holidays will be required a 15% surcharge of the total cost of the service.

 

Please read before you make an appointment

- We do not provide any refund after the service as the work is done and the products are used.

 

- If you have any discomfort or any concerns about the lashes, please contact us within 24 hours after the service is done so we can discuss the solution.
