Before/After care
• The deposits ARE NOT refundable if the cancellations are made within 48 hours before the appointment time.
• Clients can manually modify the booking time via the BOOKING link.
• Clients can contact us to make any changes to the appointment.
• Any rescheduling or cancellations that are made within 48 hours before the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
*Clients will need to pay the new deposit to book a new appointment.*
• Last minutes cancellations or No-Show - the deposit is forfeited and the card will be automatically charged for the full price of the service.
