BOOKING POLICY

50% of the full-service price is required to secure the appointment.

*Please ensure to book' removal + new set and/or other add-ons' if required.

Reschedule, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Any appointment rescheduling or cancellation must be made and confirmed through Instagram DM text within 48 hours before the appointment time.

  • Cancellation & Reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the appointment is considered cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited.

  • Same-day cancellation is considered a last-minute cancellation. Your deposit will be kept, and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining booked services.

  • If we cannot get in touch with you within 15 minutes past the appointment time, the deposit will be kept, and the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your card will be automatically charged for the remaining amount of the booked services.

  • If you would like to book again, you must re-pay the deposit.

Late Policy

  • If the client arrives around or later than 10-15 minutes past the appointment time, the staff member will finish the set within the remaining time left on the appointment, and the service will be charged in full.

Please note that

  • We do not provide a warranty if a client is late to the appointment.

  • We do not provide any type of REFUND if you are not satisfy with the result. -If you are not satisfied with the result or have any issue with the service, please contact us within 4 days after the appointment.
